Session Abstract:
Global Capability Centers (GCCs) have evolved far beyond their origins as cost-focused offshore delivery units. Today they are expected to function as strategic capability engines that drive innovation, product development, and enterprise transformation. However, many GCCs still struggle with persistent execution challenges: fragmented priorities, decision bottlenecks, escalating coordination complexity, burnout within teams, and difficulty translating strategic intent into sustained execution.

This session introduces a new way of understanding GCC execution through what is termed the VIBE Execution Paradigm. Rather than focusing on tools, ceremonies, or process frameworks, the paradigm examines four structural forces that influence execution quality at scale: Vision alignment, Inclusion in decision ownership, Balance in execution flow, and Evolve through innovation rhythm.

Drawing on real-world leadership experiences and emerging patterns across GCC environments, the session explores how execution dynamics change as centers grow from smaller teams into large multi-hundred-person organizations. It highlights why traditional approaches often fail to address systemic execution strain and how leaders can restore clarity, autonomy, sustainable delivery flow, and innovation capacity within their organizations.

Participants will gain a fresh perspective on GCC execution challenges and leave with practical insights for creating high-trust, high-autonomy capability centers that move beyond delivery toward true strategic impact.
