About the Speaker:
Subbu Chandragiri – An accomplished Agile Coach and Agile Delivery Manager with over 18 years of IT experience, including a decade dedicated to Agile in various roles such as Team Member, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Mentor, and Trainer. An ISB Executive Alumni in Product Management, I hold multiple certifications, including SPC6, RTE, ICP-ACC, CSP-SM, CSPO, CSP-PO, ICP-APO, KMP1, KMP2, TBR, and LeSS Practitioner. My transformation from a Technical Developer to an Agile Delivery Manager has given me a deep understanding of organizational challenges, enabling me to collaborate effectively across all levels. With expertise in Gaming, Retail, Banking, Insurance, and Payroll domains, I have contributed to enterprise transformation, Agile implementation, and helping teams in their Agile maturity. My passion for content creation, particularly video production, has allowed me to integrate Agile practices into the entertainment industry. This experience played a key role in producing a television series that aired for nearly two years on ETV Plus, a regional channel. Personal agility has also led me to explore Tollywood as both an actor and a writer. Additionally, I was the first—perhaps globally—to perform stand-up comedy on Agile at prestigious Agile gatherings such as RSG Hyderabad.
