Session Abstract:
Organizations are rapidly investing in AI to accelerate product development, improve decision-making, and increase efficiency. Yet many AI-driven initiatives struggle, not because of technology limitations, but because the human system is misaligned.
For the first time in modern workforce history, five generations are working together inside the same product teams. Each generation carries different assumptions about authority, ownership, feedback, speed, learning, and technology adoption. These invisible differences shape collaboration patterns, decision cycles, and trust levels.
When AI is introduced into this environment, it does not resolve friction, it amplifies it.
This session explores Workforce Intelligence as a critical enabler of sustainable AI-driven product transformation. Through practical examples and real-world observations, we will examine how generational dynamics influence product delivery, how misalignment shows up as Agile issues and what leaders can do to build AI-ready, high-trust teams.
