From Sprint to AI Sprint

For Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers & Innovation Leads

The question is no longer “Should we use AI?” but

“You’re running your first AI pilot — now what?”

Over 80% of AI initiatives fail — not on the technology, but on how they’re scoped, sequenced, sponsored, and shipped.2 The fix isn’t deep technical skill; it’s modern delivery skill. This workshop is for the people who orchestrate the work, sprints or traditional projects alike.

Four Practical Modules
  1. Spot and Filter AI Opportunities — use the AI Viability Matrix to identify projects worth pursuing, and kill the ones that aren’t.
  2. Define AI Mechanics — translate vague AI mandates into AI-ready requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  3. Plan an Iterative Pilot — sequence a predictable 6-cycle AI pilot using the Four-Phase Implementation Roadmap.
  4. Navigate the Human Element — coach anxious teams and stakeholders through the friction and fears of AI adoption.

She has led large-scale agile transformations — including at Capital One — specialising in leadership coaching and large-group facilitation, and speaks frequently at global conferences on Agile Leadership and Product Ownership.

Ashwini Mathur

Dublin-based, with 30+ years in clinical research and life sciences — previously Head of Clinical Technology and R&D for Ireland-UK at Novartis and Senior General Manager at GlaxoSmithKline.
