Title: From Vibes to Product: A True Story of AI-Driven Product Creation
Session Abstract:
During our organization’s Vibe Coding Week, we ran a bold experiment. A group of non-technical agilists‚ Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches‚ set out to build a real, usable product without writing a single line of traditional production code. Using structured prompts, product thinking, and the Lovable AI platform, we moved from idea to a functional, demo-ready product within five days.
What surprised us most was not the speed‚ it was the exposure. AI amplified ambiguity. Weak user stories failed instantly. Vague requirements produced unusable outputs. Clear thinking produced working increments. But was this really the magic that we thought? This session is a candid, experience-driven case study of what worked, what failed, and what fundamentally changed in our understanding of product ownership, experimentation, and role of agility in an AI-augmented environment.

Sheba has 20+ years of experience at Cognizant Technology solutions; started as mainframe developer, and moved into into project manager / delivery manager / portfolio manager for major insurance client, and moved to Agile transformation roles. Currently working as an Agile Coach servicing a consulting firm.
