Rajesh has 18+ years of experience in technology delivery, evolving across roles that have given him a 360-degree view of how successful products and programs are built, scaled, and sustained—from the code level to enterprise delivery leadership. He began his career as a Developer, working on mainframe and core banking systems (COBOL, DB2, CICS), where he developed a strong foundation in system stability, performance, and mission-critical operations, particularly within BFSI environments. He later progressed into a Quality Lead role, expanded his focus from “building right” to “building the right way.” He led quality governance, audits, and compliance initiatives. His transition into a Scrum Master role marked a pivotal shift—from control to enablement and servant leadership.
He supported multiple Agile and SAFe teams, facilitated ceremonies, removed impediments, coached Product Owners, and helped teams improve flow, predictability, and collaboration and worked closely with stakeholders to bridge gaps.

Srinivas Jayanthi (JV) is a seasoned technology leader, entrepreneur, and author with over twenty years of experience in driving enterprise-scale digital transformation across various industries including financial services, automotive and healthcare.
As CTO of Dataflix, JV specializes in Agentic AI, cloud transformation, and enterprise data strategy. Through his innovative AI Framework, he guides C-suite leaders and enterprises in initiating their AI transformation journeys. His career includes prominent senior technology leadership roles at organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Deloitte, Bottomline Technologies, and First Republic Bank. He also served as a Principal Architect at BEA Systems. Early in his career, he co-founded Ivory Software Services, a middleware engineering services firm that was later acquired. In addition to his leadership roles, JV is the co-author of the book, Building Next Generation Web Services published by Wiley.
JV is a recognized thought leader in AI, actively publishing and exploring the practical application of Generative and Agentic AI within the enterprise.
